Courtesy Vehicle Policies

We strive to make it as seamless as possible to receive auto service in Sudbury on your Discovery, Range Rover or Defender SUV. That's why we supply a selection of courtesy vehicles for our clients to use. If your model is in for a lengthy maintenance visit, we'll provide you with a complimentary courtesy vehicle. Please take note of our policies:

  • To accommodate all our clients' service needs, we require the courtesy vehicles be returned within 12 business hours of notification that your vehicle's service is complete. 
  • Maintain a daily mileage allowance of 100 miles per day. 
  • Please refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or placing pets in the vehicle. Customers will be charged for any damage to the vehicle. 
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and credit card must be presented to be eligible for a courtesy vehicle. 
  • Please be considerate when driving courtesy vehicles -- obey traffic laws, be responsible and respectful and pay all tolls. 
  • Courtesy vehicles are to be returned with the same amount of gas given.
  • To ensure your vehicle and paperwork are ready upon arrival, please call the service department at (508) 650-8822 to notify us of your expected arrival time.

Courtesy Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery Service

Eligible clients can take advantage of our pick-up and delivery service for courtesy vehicles in Massachusetts. Please note our rules for this service:

  • Pick-up and delivery times are approximate due to staffing, traffic, weather, etc.
  • The owner of the vehicle must be present at the time of pick-up and delivery to sign corresponding paperwork.
  • The client is responsible for any fuel that must be added to their vehicle for pick-up and delivery. Charges for fuel will be shown on the customer's invoice.
  • Complimentary pick-up and delivery is for customers living within 50 miles of the dealership.1
